Job summary

Access Medical Labs in Florida is seeking an Operations Analyst to partner with the VP of Operations on data analysis, reporting, and process improvements. You will develop dashboards, support executive reviews, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to drive performance and scale operations.

The role requires a proactive problem solver who can translate data into actionable recommendations, track priorities, and communicate effectively across departments to enhance client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field preferred.
• 2-4 years in operations, business analysis, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience developing dashboards or executive-level summaries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute operational dashboards, scorecards, reports, and KPIs for leadership.
• Support VP of Operations with executive meetings, planning materials, and decision-making.
• Map and improve workflows across departments to boost efficiency and client experience.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, track dependencies, and report progress.
• Analyze KPIs, support budgeting and resource allocation discussions.
