Job summary

Smartly.io is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Onboarding Manager to join our Onboarding team. You will guide newly-signed customers through onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition to the Smartly platform.

You'll train clients on the platform, demonstrate reporting views, set up automations with feeds, tailor journeys, and coordinate with Sales and Customer Success to deliver on all promises.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years digital experience with exposure to paid social and programmatic media buying.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and tools.
• Experience using Google Sheets and its advanced features.
• Proficiency in creating presentations with Google Slides.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong project management.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert on Smartly.io's products and services and communicate solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions within the platform.
• Own the technical execution of the onboarding plan for new accounts.
• Train clients on all key aspects of Smartly’s platform.
• Showcase reporting views to provide visibility into campaign performance.
• Demonstrate how feeds create automations and streamline workflows.
• Tailor the onboarding journey to each customer and drive product adoption.
• Organize and manage the onboarding process and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure promises are deliverable and communicate progress through decks via Google Slides.
