Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Ability to understand external data related to LOB use cases.
• Ability to view, extract, transfer, store, recall and manipulate data files.
• Able to communicate (oral & written) to a variety of customer audiences.
• Results‑oriented, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Show ownership mindset and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and implementation activities for LOB product solutions with customers near the point of sale.
• Ensure customers understand products and training options and can use products after onboarding.
• Conduct a customer check-in within 30 days of onboarding.
• Help customers upgrade to new solutions and transfer data as needed.
• Serve as the point person for customer assistance during onboarding and triage issues.
• Maintain regular touchpoints and update order-handling systems.
• Own resolution of roadblocks inhibiting successful use of purchased solutions.
• Deliver enablement per contractual requirements.
