The Brand House Collective is seeking a Sales Leader who is customer-obsessed with strong product knowledge and presentation skills. This role partners with the Store Manager to drive store plans and guide the team in delivering outstanding customer service to maximize sales.

You will model professional customer interactions, lead by example, and ensure operational processes support growth while maintaining brand standards and a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong communications and customer selling experience required.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Comfort with stock, pricing and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Lives and leads a customer selling culture in-store and online.
• Guides team to greet, re-engage, educate, add-on and thank customers.
• Supports store profitability and sales growth.
• Reads cues to create an exceptional customer experience.
• Educates customers on loyalty programs and promotions.
• Executes MOD duties: opening/closing, supervision, operations.
