Job summary

ALDI is hiring a Store Associate in Minnesota to merchandise, stock, cashier, and keep the store clean while delivering friendly customer service. The role is full-time with 30+ hours weekly and an starting wage of $20.00 per hour, with scheduled increases through Year 5.

You will support store operations and maintain store standards. Responsibilities include operating the POS system, assisting customers, stocking, curbside orders, and adhering to safety policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and escalate concerns when needed.
• Operate POS to process purchases accurately and report scanning issues.
• Stock shelves and displays per planograms to maximise sales.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
