Job summary

ALDI is seeking a store associate to merchandise, stock, cashier, and keep the store clean. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver excellent customer service and a smooth shopping experience.

This full-time position averages 30+ hours per week with starting pay of $18.50 per hour and staged increases in Years 2–5. Benefits apply for full-time employees and include health coverage and time off options.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret store policies and procedures.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle cash.
• Ability to operate store equipment and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Operate the POS system to process transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays per planograms.
• Maintain store cleanliness and curbside pickup readiness.
• Assist management in loss prevention and safety efforts.
• Follow cash policies and open lanes to improve checkout efficiency.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
