Qualifications

• Effectively communicate with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with eye contact and a smile, assist with merchandise and answer questions.
• Maintain a clean, safe sales floor and ensure proper merchandise presentation.
• Assist with register transactions and customer service calls as needed.
• Follow store policies for cash handling, MOS and loss prevention procedures.
• Support Store Leadership to achieve customer service and operational goals.
