Qualifications

• Effective communication with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• The Retail Associate greets Customers in a courteous and friendly manner and maintains a positive shopping experience.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness on the sales floor and back-of-house areas.
• Assists Customers with merchandise, questions, and checkout; follows POS and company policies.
• Ensures accurate handling of cash, checks, and card transactions, and reports issues to leadership when needed.
• Maintains merchandise presentation and restocks as required to meet store standards.
• Adheres to dress code and professional appearance at all times.
