Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) in Malvern, PA is seeking a Customer Master Representative to support the Customer Master Data team. You will create and update customer accounts, ensure data accuracy, and communicate changes to stakeholders.

The role requires familiarity with SAP and MS Office. It offers a Monday–Friday schedule 8 AM–5 PM, with potential to cover additional hours as needed and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Create new customer accounts accurately and efficiently within the SLA timeframe.
• Update and modify existing customer accounts, ensuring data integrity.
• Communicate account changes and additions to relevant stakeholders promptly.
• Assist in reporting requirements and support special projects for the Customer Master Data team.
• Utilize SAP or other ERP platforms, along with MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word, to perform daily tasks.

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Customer Master Representative to join their team. As a Customer Master Representative, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting the Customer Master Data team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Master Representative

Location: Malvern, PA

Pay Range: $21

Shift: Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM
Must be flexible to work any hours between 7AM - 7PM if buisness needs change

What's the Job?

• Create new customer accounts accurately and efficiently within the specified service level agreement (SLA) timeframe
• Update and modify existing customer accounts as needed, ensuring data integrity
• Communicate account changes and additions to relevant stakeholders promptly
• Assist in reporting requirements and support special projects for the Customer Master Data team
• Utilize SAP or other ERP platforms, along with MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word, to perform daily tasks
