Job summary

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Master Data Specialist to join our team in Malvern, PA for a 3-month contract covering a leave of absence. In this role, you will be directly responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our customer database. You will handle the end-to-end process of creating and updating customer accounts within tight Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes while collaborating across internal teams.

salary: $23 - $24.5 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Timely and accurate creation of new customer accounts and modification of existing profiles.
• Stakeholder Communication: Notify key internal and external stakeholders promptly regarding account additions, updates, and status changes.
• SLA Adherence: Ensure all daily master data requests are processed within established SLA windows.
• Reporting & Projects: Assist with routine and ad-hoc data reporting requirements; support special project initiatives for the Customer Master group as needed.
• System Usage: Execute customer master transactions, pull correlated reports, and manage daily tasks using SAP (or similar ERP systems) alongside MS Office tools.
