Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prioritize daily work across multiple platforms (Salesforce, SharePoint, Google Groups, email) to manage time-sensitive customer requests.
• Validate data quality and request completeness by reviewing account details prior to entry and follow up with stakeholders.
• Research, analyze, and resolve customer data and pricing inconsistencies.
• Self-audit all work in accordance with SOPs and best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to meet internal and external customer needs in a timely and accurate manner.
