The role focuses on daily customer master maintenance, pricing, and account data integrity within SAP, with collaboration across Sales, Commercial, and Credit teams. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of relevant experience, strong data accuracy skills, and proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Maintains daily customer master data in SAP and related systems.
• Reviews account details for accuracy before entry; communicates with stakeholders.
• Researches and resolves data and pricing inconsistencies.
• Self-audits work following SOPs and best practices.
• Collaborates with internal teams to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily master data maintenance for new and existing accounts.
• Support contract price maintenance within the ERP system.
• Prioritize tasks across platforms (Salesforce, SharePoint, email).
• Validate data quality and completeness with stakeholders.
• Adhere to SOPs and improve data accuracy continuously.
