Vertex Pharmaceuticals LLC seeks an Associate Director, Customer Master Lead to own the Customer MDM domain within the Enterprise MDM program. You will drive design, build, and governance for HCP/HCO master data and its publication to downstream analytics and systems.

The role leads modernization efforts, AI-enabled mastering, and data quality initiatives while collaborating with governance, DTE, and partner teams. Hybrid work options apply with a strong total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and customer MDM for life sciences.
• Experience with MDM platforms and data modeling, survivorship rules, and hierarchies.
• Proven track record leading data domain transformations and cloud migrations.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical ownership of the Customer Master domain within the enterprise MDM strategy.
• Own the Customer MDM data product and its consumption layer for analytics use cases.
• Drive cloud modernization and platform roadmap for the customer domain.
