The objective of the Customer Marketing Manager at Veriforce is to increase the value that customers see, so they will be motivated to engage more and expand their usage of our products, services, and exceptional team. In addition, the Customer Marketing Manager will continue to build a multi-channel engagement program at a scale that helps drive consistent messages that drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
Among the many departments the Customer Marketing Manager will work with, a successful candidate will work in lockstep with our Sales and Customer Success teams to gain an in-depth understanding of our customer network, potential growth opportunities, and meaningfully contribute to customer loyalty.
