Job summary

Guardian Protection is seeking a results-driven professional to retain and expand our customer base. The role emphasizes retention-focused sales, identifying upsell opportunities, and delivering consultative solutions that fit each client’s needs.

You will engage customers considering cancellation, present compelling offers, and reinforce the value of Guardian services through proactive, empathetic conversations.

Qualifications

• Strong retention and consultative sales skills.
• Ability to uncover customer needs and convert opportunities into sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of consultative sales techniques and ability to meet sales and retention goals.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, retention, inside sales, or related role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers considering cancellation to retain accounts.
• Identify and convert opportunities to sell system upgrades, additional equipment and enhanced services.
• Recommend and sell solutions aligning with customer needs and offerings.
• Present compelling offers quickly to meet customer needs.
• Reaffirm value of Guardian services through consultative conversations to drive retention and revenue growth.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle escalated concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist customers in relocating Guardian services.
• Proactively reach out to strengthen relationships and improve retention.
