Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities to ensure optimal shift/team logistics.
• Accountable for site KPI performance.
• Collaborate with customers in all aspects of operations.
• Hold regular team meetings to monitor progress and provide coaching.
• Promote diversity and inclusion and seek process improvements.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recognize achievements.
• Address performance issues through corrective action.
• Maintain positive labor relations and understand the labor agreement.
• Implement health, safety, and security initiatives and policies.
• Provide orientation and resources to employees and Lead Hands.
