Join Our Team as a Customer Logistics Specialist at Second Nature Brands

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Logistics Specialist to join Second Nature Brands, reporting to the Director of Customer Service. This role is vital in ensuring efficient delivery, managing customer concerns, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing an exceptional customer experience.
2. Manage and track customer orders using SAP and vendor sites, resolving issues such as pricing errors, underweight orders, or incorrect items.
3. Coordinate with warehouse teams regarding delayed or short-dated products, and communicate delays and shortages to customers.
4. Act as a liaison among customers, brokers, sales teams, facilities, production, and other departments to ensure timely shipping and problem resolution.
5. Proactively identify customer needs and challenges, addressing them with a positive attitude.
6. Provide customer-specific reporting and updates as required.

Qualifications and Education

• 2-4 years of experience in a related field; CPG experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and sound judgment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Preferred skills include knowledge of retail customers, export, multiple currencies, SAP, and EDI.
