VCA Old Marple Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative Supervisor to join our well-established, multi-doctor, 24-hour emergency/general practice located in Springfield, Pennsylvania.

Position: Supervisor - Client Service Representative

We are looking for an experienced Client Service Representative Supervisor with a minimum of five years of customer service experience. The ideal candidate will be personable, highly professional, and dedicated to delivering excellent client care.

As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative Supervisor sets the tone for the practice by building and maintaining each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities.

The CSR Supervisor plays a central role in the hospital's operations and is responsible for:

1. Supervising the CSR staff fairly and respectfully, maintaining trust with management
2. Providing excellent client service, phone, and computer skills
3. Being friendly, outgoing, and people-oriented
4. Greeting visitors, answering phones, scheduling, confirming appointments, and checking clients in/out
5. Processing payments
6. Performing light cleaning and other duties
7. Managing staff including hiring, reviews, disciplinary actions, scheduling, employee relations, and communication
8. Maintaining time clock records
9. Working days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
