We are on a mission to grow Second Nature Brands 2x from $500MM to +$1B in the next 4 years through a combination of organic growth (increased distribution, e-commerce, and innovation) and M&A. We have an opening for a Customer Logistics Specialist, reporting to the Director of Customer Service. In this role, the Customer Logistics Specialist will be responsible for combining logistical expertise to ensure efficient delivery and managing customer concerns. This role is crucial in ensuring goods arrive at their destinations safely, timely, and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing a superior customer experience.
2. Enter, manage, and track customer orders using SAP and vendor sites, including resolving issues like pricing, order accuracy, and weight discrepancies.
3. Collaborate with the warehouse team on delayed or short-dated products and communicate delays or shortages to customers.
4. Act as a liaison between customers, brokers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure timely shipping and problem resolution.
5. Proactively identify and address customer needs with a positive attitude and appropriate concern.
6. Provide customer-specific reporting and updates as required.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a related field; CPG experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and judgment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Preferred skills include knowledge of retail customers, export, multiple currencies, SAP, and EDI.
