Job summary

Findlay Tall Timbers Distribution Center seeks a Customer Logistics Coordinator to act as the key liaison among customers, carriers, and warehouse operations. You will manage orders, coordinate shipments, monitor inventory, and communicate with customers to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and customer portals is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and customer portals.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling pickups, deliveries, and carrier appointments.
• Enter, maintain, and verify order, inventory, and shipping information within warehouse management and customer systems.
• Communicate shipment status, delivery updates, and issue resolution to customers and internal teams.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), and support Advance Shipping Notifications (ASNs).
• Monitor inventory and assist with inventory-related inquiries and research.
• Partner with warehouse personnel and transportation providers to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Follow established operating procedures, inventory control processes, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support daily operations.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
