Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Two+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field.
• One+ year of direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Logistics industry knowledge needed.
• Knowledge of local and Federal regulations in customer/company context advanced.
• Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components.

• Oversee day-to-day operations within assigned function.
• Lead and manage direct reports and attainment of daily goals.
• Manage scheduling and staffing of exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
• Ensure adherence to state/local/federal regulations.
