Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Advanced logistics industry knowledge.
• Advanced understanding of local and federal regulations.
• Intermediate supply chain management knowledge.
• Advanced manufacturing and production knowledge.

Manager, Customer Logistics (Customer Logistics Manager)

We are immediately hiring a Customer Logistics Manager in Tonawanda, NY for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

Overview

As the Manager, Customer Logistics, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations within an assigned functional area, leading direct reports and achieving daily operational goals. You will be responsible for operations and account management, coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
