Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Customer Logistics Manager to oversee daily operations and account management within the Dedicated Transportation Solutions unit.

The role leads direct reports and drives attainment of daily goals in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should have a strong foundation in supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing with leadership experience, MS Office proficiency, and a commitment to safety, collaboration, and innovation.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
• 2+ years in supply chain, logistics or warehouse field.
• 1+ year direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• MS Office proficiency required; advanced level.
• Advanced logistics industry knowledge.
• Knowledge of customer/company local and federal regulations.
• Understanding of SCM components at a functional level.
• Strong manufacturing/production knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Customer service satisfaction and expectation management.
• Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling.
