Job summary

West Capital Lending in Plano, TX is seeking a Customer Lending Representative (Junior Loan Officer) to begin a career in mortgages with hands-on training and mentorship.

You will handle inquiries, manage campaigns via email, phone, and text, and keep meticulous client records. This role is designed to build a foundation for promotion into a licensed Loan Officer within six months.

Qualifications

Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their mortgage inquiries.
• Handle Email, Calls and Text Message campaigns to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions using software.
• Pre-approve potential clients with a series of 5 questions.
• Collaborate with other bankers to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Utilize dialing systems to reach a target number of outbound calls and transfers per day.

Hours:

• M/W/F 9am-6pm
• T/TH 9am-7pm

Compensation:

• Total yearly average On Target Earnings (OTE): $52k+
