Job summary

West Capital Lending is seeking a Junior Loan Officer within the Customer Lending Representative role to train and grow into a Loan Officer in about six months. The position emphasizes high-volume customer contact, data entry, and accurate record-keeping.

You will engage clients through calls, emails, and text campaigns, pre-qualify and pre-approve applicants, and collaborate with bankers to ensure compliance. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage industry is a plus but not required.
• Good people skills.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with a computer and phone.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions using software.

• Utilize 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry and record management.

Hours:

• MWF 9am-6pm
• T/TH 9am-7pm

Compensation:

• Total yearly average On Target Earnings (OTE): $52k+
