Job summary

Ameren Missouri is seeking a Customer Programs Integration Manager to voice customer needs across a broad portfolio of energy programs. You will translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve customer outcomes and program performance.

The role drives a customer-informed culture, leads the customer intelligence program, and coordinates efforts across teams to enhance engagement and portfolio growth while balancing regulatory and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ years of experience in customer insights, market intelligence, operations, analytics, or related fields; or advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Voice of the customer across Ameren Missouri's energy programs portfolio to inform design and offerings.
• Lead customer intelligence program with processes to collect and share insights.
• Translate intelligence into actions for program enhancements and engagement approaches.
• Align messaging and outreach to deliver a cohesive customer experience across the portfolio.
• Monitor engagement metrics and identify opportunities for portfolio growth and innovation.
