Job summary

Scheels is seeking a data analytics and systems professional to maintain and enhance internal business systems, enabling fast-changing operations in our Fargo location. You will analyze web behavior, post-purchase data, and customer touchpoints to identify friction and opportunities for digital personalization.

Collaborate with product, IT, and business teams to translate opportunities into technical solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
Familiarity with data analysis and project management tools such as Excel, BigQuery, Google Analytics, or Looker Studio is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain, support, and continuously enhance internal business systems to support rapidly changing business needs.
Analyze web behavior, post-purchase data, and customer touchpoints to identify friction, trends, and opportunities for digital personalization.
Collaborate with teams to understand business opportunities and translate them into technical solutions.
Gather, evaluate, and prioritize feedback from end-users, stakeholders, and team members to guide system enhancements.
Work closely with internal development teams and external partners to integrate internal systems with other platforms.
