Job summary

Scheels All Sports, Inc. is seeking a data analytics professional to maintain and enhance internal business systems supporting dynamic retail operations in Fargo, ND.

You will analyze web behavior, post-purchase data, and customer interactions to identify friction and opportunities for digital personalization. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Familiarity with data analysis and project management tools such as Excel, BigQuery, Google Analytics, or Looker Studio is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, support, and continuously enhance internal business systems to support our quickly changing business needs
• Analyze web behavior, post-purchase data, and customer touchpoints to identify friction, trends, and opportunities for digital personalization
• Collaborate with teams within SCHEELS to understand business opportunities and translate them into technical solutions
• Gather, evaluate, and prioritize feedback from end-users, stakeholders, and team members to guide system enhancements and ensure business needs are effectively met
• Work closely with internal development teams and external partners to integrate internal systems with other platforms, tools, and data sources
• Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users on how to effectively use systems
• Monitor data integrity across tools, proactively troubleshooting tracking or data issues alongside cross-functional office teams
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies in software solutions and e-commerce operations
• Must be flexible to work between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, averaging 40 hours per week
• Some customer service shifts will be required throughout the holiday season, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed
• Other duties that may be assigned by leadership

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Familiarity with data analysis and project management tools such as Excel, BigQuery, Google Analytics, or Looker Studio is preferred but not required

Physical Requirements & Lifting Requirements
