Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- Familiarity with data analysis and tools like Excel, BigQuery, Google Analytics, or Looker Studio.
- Experience with data-driven decision making and reporting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance internal business systems.
- Analyze web behavior and post-purchase data.
- Collaborate to translate opportunities into technical solutions.
- Gather and prioritize user and stakeholder feedback.
- Integrate internal systems with other platforms and data sources.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users.
- Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot tracking issues.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and tech trends.
- Flexible to work between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Mon-Fri ~40 hrs.
- Occasional holiday-season shifts as needed.
