Job summary

You will mine syndicated data and customer research, support merchandising decisions, and develop internal reports while collaborating with marketing and merchandising teams.

This full-time role requires a BA/BS and 1–2 years of experience, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and the ability to present data

Qualifications

• BA/BS/BFA or equivalent with 1–2 years experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Hands-on data mining experience using Nielsen, Circana, Numerator, or 1010data.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights from syndicated data and customer research.
• Support merchandising strategies and decision making with third-party data sources.
• Develop and maintain daily and weekly standardized reporting.
• Organize and evaluate large data sets to support white space and assortment recommendations.
• Assist senior leaders with data-driven content for presentations.
• Contribute to customer research initiatives to inform marketing strategies.
• Help lead training on data interpretation within merchandising and marketing teams.
• Identify data collection improvements to enhance team efficiency.
