Jersey Mike’s Subs is seeking a Customer Insights Analyst to transform first-party data into actionable insights that drive business growth. You’ll own customer reporting, build scalable dashboards, and partner with BI, CRM, Marketing, Strategy, and Finance to influence decisions across the customer lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience in customer analytics, advanced SQL skills, and a track record of turning data into strategic recommendations to improve acquisition,

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in Customer Insights or analytics.
• Advanced SQL on large relational databases.
• Experience with first-party customer data (transactions, loyalty, behavior).
• Dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Build and enhance recurring customer reporting and dashboards.
• Monitor metrics like acquisition, retention, spend, loyalty, and lifetime value.
• Analyze large customer datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with BI, Marketing, Strategy, Finance to influence decisions.
• Translate analyses into concise, actionable business recommendations.
