Qualifications

• 3–6 years in Customer Insights or related analytics.
• Advanced SQL with large relational databases.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong written and verbal communication for data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance recurring customer reporting.
• Develop scalable dashboards for KPIs like acquisition, retention, frequency, spend, loyalty, and lifetime value.
• Analyze large-scale customer datasets to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with BI, CRM, Marketing, Strategy and Finance to measure campaigns and measure customer engagement.
• Translate analyses into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
