Position Overview

We’re seeking a Customer Implementation Specialist to join our Activation Services team in this remote role. We value teamwork, diversity, learning from different backgrounds, embracing challenges, and having fun.

What You’ll Do

  1. Manage EZLynx implementation projects, including planning, execution, and communication to ensure quality and timeliness.
  2. Manage customer expectations, provide guidance on best practices, and handle sensitive information.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and dashboards to meet milestones.
  4. Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring all deliverables are completed and documented.
  5. Seek feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
  6. Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality results.
  7. Maintain knowledge of company products and assist clients with configuration decisions.

We’re Excited to Learn More About You

Your experience may include:

  • 3+ years in project management or software implementation, with troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to establish credibility with clients through industry, product, and technical knowledge, along with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, work independently, meet deadlines, and proficiency with MS Office.

You may also have:

  • An insurance industry background.
  • Hands-on experience with EZLynx software.
