DISHER is seeking a senior BI/Data Analyst to build and maintain customer health scores and churn models using Power BI. You will craft dashboards that narrate data-driven stories and empower actions across customer success teams.

With 8+ years of experience, you will deliver automated weekly reports and monthly insights, targeting expansions and renewals while reducing manual data extraction effort.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or Analytics Specialist.
• Proven track record of building dashboards that tell stories and drive action.
• Working knowledge of Python for analysis and familiarity with CRM data structures.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain a customer health score combining order frequency, dispute rate, response time, fill rate satisfaction, and other key indicators.
• Produce weekly "at-risk account" reports and develop churn propensity models that flag accounts 30-60 days before potential churn.
• Generate monthly insight views and reports to identify expansion opportunities and automate renewal dashboards.
