Job summary

DISHER Talent is assisting a United States–based organization evolving from logistics into a tech-enabled services company. The role leads customer analytics to improve Net Revenue Retention and customer success outcomes, translating data into insights for Account Managers, CSMs, and executives.

You will own health and retention analytics, expansion signals, and AI-enabled analytics. Strong Power BI/Tableau, CRM integration, and Python are required for success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a BI/Data/Analytics Specialist with Power BI preferred.
• Proven track record building dashboards that drive action.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or e‑commerce fulfillment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and own customer analytics that drive Net Revenue Retention and customer success outcomes.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for Account Managers, CSMs, and executives.
• Develop churn propensity models and automate renewal dashboards.
• Maintain dashboards in Power BI/Tableau with automated weekly refreshes.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure data quality and accessibility for senior leadership.
