Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in the United States is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Representative to support promotions, stock displays, and drive in-store sales across Mammoth Lakes and surrounding communities.

You will start early, Monday to Friday, with an hourly pay of $27 plus sales incentives and mileage reimbursement, and you must have reliable transportation and a valid license to service retail accounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 0–2 years of related experience.
• Reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance coverage as required by the company and state law.

Responsibilities

• Sells and executes promotions, secures placement of equipment, and uses POS materials to grow sales; transports and replaces POS advertising and inventory.
• Restocks and builds displays, sections, and racks with labels facing outward; rotates products to ensure FIFO stocking in stores.
• Develops and maintains relationships with assigned accounts to drive incremental displays and increase sales volume.
• Maintains backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock daily.
• Supports the team as a retail sales representative, conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities

• This position sells and executes promotions, secures placement of equipment, and uses point‑of‑sale (POS) materials to grow sales as well as transports and replaces POS advertising and inventory levels.
• You will restock and build displays, sections, and racks, keeping them in an aligned manner with labels facing outward, rotating products to ensure that stores follow a first‑in‑first‑out stocking system within retail accounts.
• Develop and maintain relationship with assigned accounts with the goal of driving incremental displays to increase sales volume.
• You will maintain backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day.
• You will support the team as a retail sales representative, responsible for conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree.
