Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Retail Sales Representative in Orange, CA. This full-time role focuses on promoting products, securing in-store placement, restocking displays, and growing sales with assigned accounts.

Shifts are early morning, Monday–Friday, with a pay rate of $26.36 per hour plus sales incentives. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, and Vacation; a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 0–2 years related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell promotions and secure in-store equipment placement using POS materials.
• Restock and build displays, ensuring labels face outward.
• Develop relationships with assigned accounts to drive incremental displays.
• Maintain backrooms and organize back stock daily.
• Communicate account activities to stakeholders as a retail sales representative.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• This position sells and executes promotions, secures placement of equipment, and uses point-of-sale (POS) materials to grow sales as well as transports and replaces POS advertising and inventory levels
• You will restock and build displays, sections, and racks, keeping them in an aligned manner with labels facing outward, rotating products to ensure that stores follow a first-in-first-out stocking system within retail accounts
• Develop and maintain relationship with assigned accounts with the goal of driving incremental displays to increase sales volume
• You will maintain backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day
• You will support the team as a retail sales representative, responsible for conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
