Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is hiring a full-time merchandiser in the Redding, CA area. The role starts at 5:00am with weekend availability required and seasonal status.

You will travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to ensure proper stock levels, rotate products, and display them correctly on routes, using pallet jacks or hand trucks as needed. You must be 18+, have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, and be able to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or meet minimum state age requirements.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and car insurance meeting company/state minimums.
• Ability to lift, push and pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display and rotate Reyes products on assigned routes.
• Move products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting on-shelf execution.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and product freshness.

• Local Routes available: Redding, and surrounding communities
• Hourly Pay Rate: $23.50 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
