Job summary

Constellation Brands in Chicago, IL is seeking a Logistics Fulfillment Execution Analyst to translate planning signals into actionable operating plans and to monitor service, cost, and inventory performance. You will coordinate schedules across replenishment, warehousing, and fulfillment, lead cross‑functional actions, and provide routine KPI reporting using ERP/WMS/TMS and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and data analysis; comfortable working with ERP/WMS/TMS to build KPI reporting and insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate data into clear narratives and elevate risks with recommended actions.
• Experience coordinating transportation planning/execution and/or carrier performance management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates basing logistics plans across replenishment, warehouse, and fulfillment to meet service, cost, and inventory targets.
• Monitors execution versus plan and drives same‑day/week recovery actions with functional owners.
• Prepares agendas, pre‑reads, and action logs for S&OP/weekly reviews and documents decisions and follow‑ups.
• Leads issue triage by gathering facts, quantifying customer service impact, and routing actions across teams through to closure.
• Builds and maintains routine performance reporting (service, fill rate, on‑time delivery, inventory health, costs) using ERP/WMS/TMS and BI tools.
• Maintains operations playbooks and SOPs; supports deployment of new routines and changes across internal teams and partners.
