Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage warranty process for our products
• Analyze warranty claims and determine actions
• Communicate with dealerships and provide resolution
• Maintain records of warranty claims and related documentation
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution
• Provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette when interacting with customers
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on warranty claims and upsell additional products or services
• Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and warranty claim details
