The role emphasizes service quality and operational integrity within a branch setting. The position requires strong attention to detail, ability to learn banking systems, and willingness to travel for training if needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to complete internal teller and product training.
• Ability to attend a 5–7 day initial training program, which may involve overnight travel; company covers travel expenses.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for customers entering the branch.
• Process routine financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with verification of customer identity and available funds.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Refer customers to branch partners for additional services or solutions.
• Support lobby management by guiding customers to the right team member.
• Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.
