Job summary

Responsibilities include advising customers on digital tools, guiding them to the right specialists, and supporting branch operations. Training and travel for training may be required to support service goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of internal teller and product training.
• Ability to attend a 5-7 day initial training program with travel reimbursement.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for customers entering the branch.
• Process routine financial transactions with accuracy (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing) after verifying identity and funds.
• Engage customers to understand transactional needs and refer to specialists as needed.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Support lobby management and address routine inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Follow security, compliance, and cash handling procedures at all times.
• Assist with branch operations and travel to other branches for staffing as needed.
