Qualifications

• 6+ Months Cash Handling experience.
• 6+ Months Demonstrated customer service experience.

• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated customer service by welcoming customers and addressing needs.
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Follow bank policies and risk management procedures to prevent fraud.
• Cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.
• Educate customers on self-service options using digital tools.
• Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming work area and support nearby branches if needed.
