Loop Neighborhood Market, part of West Coast Convenience, invites motivated individuals to join our team as Team Members across all shifts. You’ll handle transactions, assist customers, stock shelves, and ensure a clean, safe store environment while supporting car wash operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule required; shifts vary across 1st, 2nd, 3rd.
• Ability to communicate with management quickly, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in reading, understanding, and writing English.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and change calculation.
• Ability to validate IDs for tobacco/alcohol sales as required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders as needed.
• Stay calm and respond to emergencies per policies.
• Tolerance for exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Work in varying temperatures in store, cooler, and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Managing the cash register throughout the shift, ensuring balanced tills and fast, accurate service.
• Stocking products and maintaining a clean, professional store appearance.
• Delivering prompt, courteous customer service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintaining a clean, customer-friendly environment in-store and surrounding property.
• Troubleshooting and resolving car wash issues as needed.
• Preparing shift reports per company guidelines.
• Cross-selling and upselling store products to increase sales.
• Escalating high-priority issues to the manager.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.
