Loop Neighborhood Market is seeking entry-level to experienced Team Members for all shifts at our California locations. Team Members ensure smooth operation, assist customers, and uphold our service standards in a fast-paced convenience store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with management on store operations quickly.
• Ability to read, understand, and write in English.
• Perform basic math including proper calculation of change.
• Validate identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol as required.
• Can lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders as needed.
• Remain calm and respond to emergencies according to policies and procedures.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Ability to work in various temperature environments (coolers, outside, station).

Responsibilities

• Manage cash register and balance till during shift.
• Stock shelves and keep store clean and presentable.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly store and surrounding area.
• Troubleshoot car wash issues as needed.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports per guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to boost sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
