ALDI USA is seeking a Store Associate in Ohio to support stocking, merchandising, cashiering and cleaning to maintain an inviting store environment. You will work with the ALDI team to deliver friendly service and a smooth shopping experience.

This full-time role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma (or equivalent) preferred, and retail experience is a plus. Starting wage is $18.50 per hour with scheduled increases over the coming years, plus benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to use POS system and handle cash.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products to planograms.
• Operate POS to ring up purchases and handle cash.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers.
• Keep the store clean and organized according to standards.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and staging.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and inform management of discrepancies.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
