ALDI USA in St. Clairsville, OH is seeking a Store Associate to merchandise, stock, cashier, and keep the store clean. You will help create a positive shopping experience by collaborating with the ALDI team and delivering exceptional customer service.

Starting wage is $17.50 per hour with increases over time; expected to average 30+ hours per week. Full-time benefits include medical, 401(k), vacation, and holidays.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Model and fulfill all customer service principles and escalate concerns to store management as necessary.
• Inform store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Properly utilize the POS system to scan and process customer purchases and inform management of scanning concerns or errors.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Open additional check lanes as required to ensure an efficient checkout.
• Stock shelves and displays neatly following merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
• Complete curbside pickup orders by retrieving items, verifying contents, and delivering to customers’ vehicles from the staging area.
• Maintain zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Assist store management in achieving operational efficiency and loss goals.
• Comply with all company policies and processes.
• Support a safe working environment by identifying hazards and maintaining equipment.
