Job summary

Starting wage is $17.50 per hour with 30+ hours per week. Wage increases are planned each year through Year 5, reaching $19.50. This full-time role includes competitive wages and benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience operating store equipment and POS systems.
• Ability to interpret ALDI operating policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock product following planograms.
• Assist customers at checkout and process purchases.
• Assist store management in achieving operational efficiency goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness and curbside pickup duties as needed.
