Job summary

ALDI USA in North Olmsted, OH is seeking a Store Associate to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store in prime shape. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate cash registers and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock shelves per merchandising planograms.
• Process customer purchases using the POS system.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers as needed.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to safety policies.
• Follow cash handling policies and procedures.
• Support management in achieving loss-prevention goals.
• Open additional checkout lanes as required to maintain checkout efficiency.
• Adhere to inventory procedures and product handling guidelines.
