Lidl US is seeking a Store Associate to help deliver a fast-paced, friendly shopping experience. You will stock shelves, assist customers, and maintain cleanliness across the store, including the parking lot and break room.

This role offers opportunities to expand duties into bakery, produce, and weekly promotions while working closely with a team and management to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and reach above head heights.
• Availability for early 5am or late 11pm shifts, including weekends.
• A positive attitude and friendly communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Unpack stock as deliveries arrive in store.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the store.
• Keep the store clean and organized during shifts.
• Learn bakery, produce, and weekly promo set-ups.
• Communicate clearly with management and colleagues to complete tasks.
